සල් ගසේ මල් පොකුරු පරවී
කදුළු බිදු දස අතේ විසිරුනු

හේන නවදැළි කිරට පීදුනු
අමර තනියට පැලට ගොඩඋනු
අසනි වැසි බිම වැටුනු දවසක
සාමා සල් මල් අතර තනිවුනු

රෙද්ද බැනියම සුදට දිලිහුනු
ගිජුලිහිනි ඇස් රතට බැබලුනු
උකුසු තුඩගින් හලා හල විශ
ගවුමෙ රැල් එකිනෙකින් පොඩිවුනු
